地產代理監管局提醒
1.對於有地產代理因觸犯一手住宅物業銷售條例而被判處入獄，地產代理監管局提醒持牌人，在參與銷售一手住宅物業時，絕不可以罔顧事實而不盡責地發放失實的陳述，否則便有可能被判處監禁。作為專業的地產代理，持牌人應時刻謹言慎行，切勿觸犯任何罪行，否則可能留下案底，及有可能被撤銷牌照。
Regarding the case that an estate agent was sentenced to imprisonment for contravening the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance, the Estate Agents Authority reminds licensees NOT to disregard the facts and make misrepresentations conscientiously when participating in the sale of first-hand residential properties, otherwise it is possible to be sentenced to imprisonment. As a professional estate agent, licensees should always act prudently and must not commit any crime, otherwise it may lead to a criminal record and revocation of licence.
